Q1.Can I early check-in & late check-out?

Check-in and check-out time are independently set by each hotel. Travelnote.net cannot guarantee your early check-in & late check-out as it is subject to availability, and they are usually NOT free of charge. Please check with the hotel on your arrival as the request cannot be confirmed beforehand.

Q2.Two people will share the room. But, we won’t get to the hotel at the same time.

You can check-in with the name of accommodation rep without a voucher. If your name is not on a voucher and you are arriving first, please let us know your name to we will inform the hotel.

Q3.When I check your website, there is no booking tab. Does it mean that I cannot make a booking?

Unfortunately, yes. Please follow the option: search for more available hotels in your chosen destination.

Q4.Can I book a hotel that is not listed in Travelnote.net?

No, only those hotels available will be displayed after you enter your travel requirements.

Q5.Can I book a hotel while my check-in time undecided yet?

Yes, you can. You can change your check-in time after a booking confirmation.

Q6.How can I make a special request?

During the booking process you can select special request checkboxes at step1. Please note that special requests are not 100% guaranteed.

Q7.What should I do if there is no single room for single user?

If there is no single room, please book a double room. Most of the rates are per room, NOT per person.

Q8.What is the difference between Direct booking (Available) and Request booking?

Direct booking (Available) means the room(s) that you want to book is/are available and you can fix your booking right away. Request booking means your booking request will be confirmed after we check the availability. We will respond to your request within 24 hours except weekends/holidays.

Q9.I’m looking for a hotel where I can check-in tomorrow.

Yes, it is possible if there is a room available on the website when you make a search. But, please be noted 100% of your entire stay will be charged as the cancellation fee if you cancel your booking (Non-refundable).

Q10.Do minors can stay by themselves?

Hotels basically do not take a stay of minors only. However, some hotels accept minors with parents’ permission. Minor guests need to contact a hotel prior to booking, and hotels and Travelnote do not take any responsibility in case of the rejection of stay if check-in of minors refused without a prior notice.

Q1.I would like to modify my booking.

Please let us know how you would like to change your booking from My Page > “Post inquiry or request modification on this booking” form. If you want to change a hotel, you have to cancel the original booking and make new booking.

Yes, In case of additional night(s) or room(s) at the same hotel, please send an inquiry from My Page > “Post inquiry or request modification on this booking” form.

Cancel my reservation

Q1.Can I cancel my booking through Travelnote.net?

Yes, you can cancel your booking at ‘My page’. Please remember to check a cancellation policy before making any Cancellation policy may vary depending on hotels.

Q2.What if I cancel my booking by mistake? Can I restore it?

Sorry, if the booking is once cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please check the room status and make new booking from our website.

Q1.Are room rates per person or per room?

Rates are per room, Not per person. (except; dormitory rooms of guest houses)

Q2.Can I make a payment directly to the hotel?

Sorry, payments should be pre-paid through us.

Q3.Are the room rates fixed for throughout the year?

Rates may vary depending on many factors. Market conditions, changes in strategy and availability are some of the reasons why Travelnote.net cannot provide you fixed rates throughout the year. You can check the most up-to-date rates and availabilities by visiting our website.

Q4.Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, shown room rates include all taxes.

Q5.After changing my booking, can I pay the difference by a credit card?

Sorry, your payment will be cancelled, and we will newly invoice you with the changed price.

Q2.How do I get a receipt?

If you wish to get a receipt, please use Travelnote.net My booking. Please note that we only offer an electronic receipt in PDF format.

Q3.Can the name printed on my receipt be changed to a different name?

Yes, you can sign in to our website and send a request from My Page > “Post inquiry or request modification on this booking” form.

Q4.Do I need to reconfirm my booking by phone after booking is completed?

No, you don’t have to reconfirm your booking. You can check the booking status at ‘My Page’.

Q5.What should I do if I have a question about my booking?

Please leave your inquiry from My Page > “Post inquiry or request modification on this booking” form.

Q6.Can my mails and parcels be delivered or forwarded to the hotel before/during my stay?

It depends on the hotel. Please check with the hotel. Please be aware that we do not take any responsibility for non-delivery.

Q7.Can the hotel store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

It depends on the hotel. Please send us an inquiry message, or contact the hotel.

Q8.I have booked a hotel but haven’t received a confirmation e-mail.

Check if a confirmation e-mail is automatically sorted and moved to a spam folder. You can also check your booking at My Page. As always, feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Q9.Please let me know ‘How to check-in’.

Please print out the voucher to check-in at the hotel. (If you are not able to print out the voucher, tell your booking details at a reception desk.)

Q10.What should I do if I can’t print my voucher out?

You can check-in without a voucher by providing the name of a booking representative. If you are not able to print your voucher out, please let us know so we will inform the hotel.

Q11.Does the hotel provide free amenities?

You might have to pay for amenities depending on the hotel. According to the law of Korea, you will be charged for disposable amenities such as a toothbrush or razor, etc.
