
Courtyard by Marriott Seoul opened in Yeongdeungpo on Sep 21, 2009. The L shaped building is between Shinsegae Department Store, Office building and the big shopping mall Times Square.
The hotel boasts 283 rooms and guestrooms are located between 6-16F, and the main lobby, café and restaurant are located in 5F. There is also a takeout corner for busy business people who do not have time for breakfast. 5F is also directly connected to Shinsegae Department Store and Times Square, and there is a park between buildings to provide a relaxing time.
Rooms have a selection of deluxe king, deluxe double, executive deluxe king, executive deluxe double and suite room. Deluxe king means a single room and deluxe double is a twin room. The high ceiling is one of the characteristics of the hotel and it makes room much bigger. Though all rooms have the same interior, bed size and room size differ. One suite room is located in each floor, and there are separated living room and bed room. Even more, shower room and bathroom are separated to supply special relaxation. Free ice is provided in each floor so guests do not need to buy them outside. Room lights are operated by a master switch, not a room key.
There are Times Square, CGV movie theatre, shopping center and many restaurants. The transportation is also convenient as it is 3min walk from Yeongdeungpo station, subway line 1 and there are direct limousine buses from Incheon Int’l Airport and Gimpo Int’l Airport.
