The Classic500 Executive Residence Pentas is about 5min walk from Konkuk Univ. station subway line 2 & 7. The residence has been spotlighted for its luxurious atmosphere. Though the residence looks like an office building from outside, you will find a luxury apartment-like lobby floor once you enter the building.
 
2 types of rooms (suite and 2-bed suite) are all furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and they are more like upper class apartment than residence. Marble stones and natural clothes are used for floor and wall to enhance the luxurious atmosphere, and shower room and toilet are spacey and equipped with handrails. As an additional security service, safety system call linked to Konkuk Univ. Medical Center is installed in washroom and living room.
 
 

The classic500 Executive Residence Pentas has been spotlighted since its opening, and various dramas such as Fashion King, Business man Hanji Cho and URAKARA has shot some scenes at the residence.

The location is convenient as Lotte Department Store is right next to the residence, and the access to Gangnam area and Coex Mall is convenient.
